For your convenience, domestic companies and institutions may use MasterCard,

Delivery |

- All in-stock items are usually shipped on the day the order is received.
- Sequencing and PCR primers that are about 30 bases or less in length and require
no additional purification beyond gel filtration (GF) are usually ready to ship within 48 hours after
receiving the order.
- Longer, purified and/or modified oligonucleotides requiring additional processing are
usually shipped within 3-5 days after order is received.

Terms |

MIDLAND products are sold F.O.B. shipping point and ownership passes to buyer
when the product is delivered to shipper.

Payment is by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) or by
Purchase Order, if trade account is established. Payment terms are net
30 days, unless otherwise stated on invoice.

Shipping Charges |

MIDLAND products are shipped by overnight priority courier service, unless
otherwise requested.
|
| |
Within the continental United States, the standard overnight shipping charge
for custom oligonucleotide products is $15.00.
|

If requested, insurance and/or any special handling can be arranged
and invoiced.
|
|
Special Handling Charges |
| |
Some MIDLAND's products require shipment in special polystyrene shipping
containers with a refrigerant. The fee for this special handling service
is $40.00.
|
|
Inspection Policy |
| |
Upon receipt of shipped goods, please inspect the shipment promptly for
damages, shortages and correct identity of product.
|

Shipping errors that are our fault will be promptly replaced or authorized
for return and credit, at our option, along with our apology for any
inconvenience. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.

Return Policy |

Please do not return any product without obtaining prior approval and return
instructions from MIDLAND.

Merchandise ordered in error is not returnable for refund or credit.

Warranty |

MIDLAND guarantees that its products meet the specifications set out on the
Certificate of Analysis provided with each product. Any product that does
not meet those standards will be replaced or authorized for return and
credit, at our option. Claims under this warranty must be submitted within
30 days of shipment.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or
implied, and MIDLAND shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential,
or contingent damages, nor shall its liability in any case exceed the purchase
price of the product.
